Pros
The pros of this company are that of most. You get a desk to work at, complementary water, and use of the uncleaned Keurig dispensing $.10 coffee that gives you the runs. Pay is above average compared to other firms, but prides lazy employees who enjoy being paid more in salary than commission.
Cons
To start things off the office is as outdated as it gets. New equipment is horded by employees dumb enough to tenure themselves with the company leaving everyone else with equipment so poorly kept you can see the dead skin caking on the keys of the 10+ year old keyboards / mice. Management for the most part is a collection of top producers with egos so large that actually push people out of the office (literally). Those who are left in positions of power spend their days being spoon fed deals and bullying employees into leaving in order to steal their contacts. Managers do the CEO the decency of slandering /dragging his name through the mud behind his back, preferred to straight to your face if you are anyone other than the person signing the paychecks. The President of the company isn't much better.. extremely hard to talk too it almost reminds me of how awkwardly cheap actors speak in employee training videos. Although he tries his best to praise and reward employees with gifts, food trucks, vacations (if you make him enough money), and, casual Fridays the drama war zone that he has left you to work in just makes you wish he would throw those all away and just give you a day off. If you are considering this company, please don't.
