Pros

This is very decent company to work with. I would like give 3.5 for SG but there was no option so i gave it 3 as 4 would have been too much. Coming to pros: 1. Good and friendly working environment. 3. Personal and professional life will be perfectly balanced. If any urgency is there and people want to leave early they can easily do that. 2. Flexible timings. There is no hard rule to follow any time. Just the works need to be completed. If work is not there people used to come by 11 and leave by 5. 3. Evening snacks every day. 4. No micro management from managers. 5. Company involves every one into many activities, competition and sports, along with yearly team lunch and team outing.

Cons

There are few cons also: 1. No work from home. 2. There are multiple team working on multiple technology but company do not think on overall growth of the employee. You will be doing almost the same work everyday. 3. Hike is average. 4. You have to pay for your parking.

Pros

Great work/life balance, reliable teamwork and support from management, opportunities for growth and exposure to new skills.

Cons

Coaching/overseeing a team in itself has a set of cons, which is what I primarily handle on a daily basis. This comes with any job, but you will have people on your team who need to improve on things such as lack of communication, lack of effort, no work ethic, and lack of skills. Motivating them can be difficult at times, and then you always seem to have a few who do things to avoid work. An accumulation of all these factors subsequently creates more, unnecessary, and redundant work for us. These types of people tend to eliminate themselves out over time due to poor performance and/or quit.

Cons

work/life balance, management, office politics and favoritism, lack of organization and communication, very inclusive unless you're a woman and have an opinion, job titles do not match role expectations and job duties
