Pros

everyone leaves you alone (even your managers)

Cons

far too disorganized, keep acquiring companies without really knowing what good they are. this in turn creates a confused and ineffective executive team. seems like a lot of power struggles and they focus on this more than their actual core business. on top of that, despite all the job listings on their site, seems that all they do is grow and that leaves most people redundant or ignored. they claim to have an amazing culture, but seems the opposite to me, unless you like watching executive management blow two grand a night drinking at the company's expense at the local bars. i would never work here if i weren't already here.

Pros

Great work/life balance, reliable teamwork and support from management, opportunities for growth and exposure to new skills.

Cons

Coaching/overseeing a team in itself has a set of cons, which is what I primarily handle on a daily basis. This comes with any job, but you will have people on your team who need to improve on things such as lack of communication, lack of effort, no work ethic, and lack of skills. Motivating them can be difficult at times, and then you always seem to have a few who do things to avoid work. An accumulation of all these factors subsequently creates more, unnecessary, and redundant work for us. These types of people tend to eliminate themselves out over time due to poor performance and/or quit.

Cons

work/life balance, management, office politics and favoritism, lack of organization and communication, very inclusive unless you're a woman and have an opinion, job titles do not match role expectations and job duties
