Small company trying to be a big company. A lot of rules and regulations that are typically not present at this size company. Also, the company prefers to hire its talent rather than promote from within, if you get hired as PM, plan on being a PM for your entire existence at this company. This is doubly true if your are a field tech or network engineer. In addition company provides no comp-time to salaried employees, but thinks nothing of working them 50 to 60 hours a week. Finally the company has almost no sales department. With over 65 employees they boast a whopping 3 sales professionals.This leads to long periods of zero work for the emplyees that are charged with installing the sold solutions.
