      Co workers were the best.

      Cons

      Only got 1 raise in 6 years, even after managing a couple accounts. New employees with less experience were getting paid way more and was training them. no incentives. No training to further experience.

      The team is incredibly supportive, the environment is professional and welcoming, and there are great opportunities for growth and development. Management genuinely values employees and encourages collaboration and learning. I’m grateful for the experience and would highly recommend this company to others.

      They are short staffed so you will have plenty of work

      Micromanagement. Disorganized and they lack professionalism. Save yourself the stress of working with management who doesn’t know how to manage and wants to control how quick you respond
