There was no sense of urgency or motivation to get things done, and it was often difficult to get the resources I needed to do my job. As a result, I was constantly feeling stressed and unsatisfied. My boss was also mean, disrespectful, and often hurtful. He would pick on me in front of other people and make me feel like I was never good enough. He was also inactive and didn't seem to care about my success.
