Collaboration is amazing, technology is exciting and the culture overall is very inclusive. Lots of opportunities to progress your career and take ownership of high profile projects. Responsibility is encouraged and promoted. Technical roles are expansive and not limited to a traditional tiered Support model. The only barrier to success in ScienceLogic is yourself.
Cons
The work can be challenging, but this will ultimately progress your career and experience. This is somewhere where self motivation is paramount. Benefits package for non US regions could be better but salary is very competitive.
