Many great people working here daily to support their families. Grinding in an ac-less warehouse where it's all about shipping items out before month is our regardless if the product is fit or ready.
Cons
Upper management - CEO - was hired late 2018 and has brought with him a greedy and manipulative bravado where if it's not his way, you might as well pack it up. The vision of greed and pride is beyond normal where people get trampled on with no regard for talent, skill, passion, or work ethic. You're not liked, your days are numbered regardless of how you perform. People afraid to speak up because they don't want to lose their job and paycheck. The vibe in the office is tense and everyone is on pins and needles while the Management continues in it's lackluster ways. Bills are not paid, inferior products, no customer loyalty, and most of all - the customer does not come first!
