Based on my experience, I have nothing positive to say about this company. The work environment is extremely toxic. Employees are treated poorly, often without basic respect. Many stay only because of their personal commitment to work—not out of loyalty to the company or its leadership. One of the biggest red flags is that employees are pressured to write positive reviews about the company. This makes it difficult for outsiders to know the truth. The reality inside is very different from what’s shown online.

Sciative is one of the worst places to work. Employees are treated poorly, with no respect or value given to their contributions. The management, especially the CTO, shows no empathy or regard for employees. People are treated like resources, not human beings. Freshers are especially vulnerable—their original documents are collected, making it harder for them to leave if they’re unhappy. Even during interviews, candidates are not treated with professionalism or dignity. The company operates with a purely business-minded approach, with no real value placed on people or culture. Please be cautious before considering this company. Don’t trust the online reviews blindly—many are written under pressure
