Pros
Flexibility as long as you communicate with your supervisor. Positive team members who genuinely care about what they do. Collaboration with contractors and other entities throughout the DoD is great experience and exposure to multiple different facets of the industry.
Cons
A handful of rotten apples who don’t contribute to their expected level of expertise are bitter about not getting enormous raises.
