Pros

Very flexible work hours and flexible work loads. I was trained in everything that was needed of me, and I am now able to use the knowledge I have gained in future endeavors.

Cons

I was still in college, but I was able to work with upper management to fit both of our schedules. Not really a con.

Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Rippling, ADP) and G Suite.
