Salary and benefits are the only reason to work at this dismal company & those are the only reasons anyone stays.

Lack of communication, horrible environment, back stabbing employees, dreary working environment, no career development, everyone afraid of management, morale is low, place just sucks! This is the type of place where you come in, do your job and leave. Then you come back the next day and do the same thing. Probably 3 people at this company actually enjoys their job!
