Pros
Ultimately you work with very nice, helpful people - plenty of opportunities to influence decision making
- Cool tech (Java, Springboot, elastic search, AWS, Docker, Nginx)
- Great team of developers and support
- Rewarding work for the pharmaceutical sector driving research and helping identify patterns within pharmaceutical data
- ownership opportunities and growth opportunities
Cons
There is a lot of chop and change to support the vast array of customers, you may have to switch context quite often which i found to be a decrease in productivity. However, I joined at a very early point in time and had grown into a role that was supporting too many different initiatives - so I imagine joining now is a better experience that the almost 3 years that I spent here.
