Pros
Work is interesting. People that you worked with in the division made the day go by. Product was a good idea for niche market.
Cons
Low pay, unrealistic metrics (they call them statistics) that you will never meet, not enough staff to actually run the business in a profitable manner, no official training, no documentation on proprietary hardware/software. No possibility for advancement due to the size of the company.
