      Pros

      Free lunches, friendly environment; my boss provided excellent guidance and leadership guidance but did not micromanage and was open to new ideas from his employees. This allowed me to feel like I was truly apart of building the company instead of "just another worker".

      Really fast-pasted environment, a lot of work, often did not have time for lunch break, a lot of different reports and meetings
