First off I would like to apologize for my tardy reply. I want to thank you for taking the time to give SPM your feedback. You are obviously one of the many fantastic, committed, employees at SPM after seeing your years of experience with us. I am also glad to see your expectations for growth match that of the rest of the company. We will continue to grow and while that growth happens I will be making every effort to keep the company fresh with talent.
