First of all I want to say how sorry I am that it has taken this long to be able to respond to your posting. Thank you for taking the time to give SPM your open and honest feedback about how we can operate better. I am really sorry that your time at SPM did not match our intention of being the best possible place to work. I am taking your feedback & addressing it to the letter and aiming to mend all of the places we missed in producing a great experience for you, and potentially other past/present employees. SPM has made strides over the past year to install new technologies, train & develop personnel, open the lines of communication between supervisors & operators as well as welcome internal & external suggestions from inside & outside the manufacturing industry. I can only speak for myself, and I say that SPM is a great place to work and feel secure, my goal is to have each and every single employee say the same, and I hope for that goal to be accomplished very soon. Nonetheless, thank you for your feedback and pointing out where we as a company still have opportunities for improvement. You feedback is extremely important and has been acted upon.
