few benefits, few bonuses, lower salaries

A few good, hard-working people, but unfortunately they are taken advantage of to the fullest.

North American management is clueless and manipulative in the sense that they put their own success above the company's success. Work culture in Charlotte as well as Mississauga is often toxic and very much a high-school bullying mentality. Also, beware of the promise of "excellent benefits" - Benefits are laughable and amongst the worst in the industry.
