- Enhanced team leaders given too much freedom to just do as they please - Area managers are not reviewing team leaders in both the schools I work in - A lot of micromanaging from unqualified team leaders - they have the freedom to fire new hires without any real evidence - Area managers only talk to team leaders and ignore the rest of staff - School site team and leadership are prioritised over Schools Plus - HR will NEVER help you if you are a victim of bullying by another colleague - Some team leaders are really inappropriate and call at late hours - Hours are mainly 4-5 on weekdays.
