Pros
Passionate about helping educators be more effective and helping students learn. Great resources that when implemented successfully drive these two things. Making learning personal is the big focus and if you have been paying attention to education, this is the key to helping educators and students achieve mastery in subjects and competency. Nobody in education has better resources for building educator capacity from what I have researched and found. There are more than eight peer reviewed and published, independent studies on the impact of our tools and resources. Everything is evidence based. This year it was good to see that every division and department seems to be aligned in our 2016 company summit. The SPA team is mostly made up of seasoned SPA's that have been successful selling our resources and work hard. They have been successful here and have stayed through the growing period and pains. My RVP and our leadership team care a lot about our success and are willing to offer support whenever we need it. I have never worked for a company that has leadership that is more willing to jump on planes and on phones to help us successfully on-board partners that need our services.
Cons
The learning resources are amazing and now we're focused on improving the technology to make it even more innovate and easier to integrate with. I wish it was done already. These improvements can't happen fast enough. On a bright note, the new observation tool is amazing and our partners are loving the enhancements.
