Pros

The company has a great "Goal" with some good ideas for culture. Benefits are alright. Company parties are really good. Its a really open environment that when given the chance you can excel at what you do. They encourage you to become better and better at what your job.

Cons

The mind set is very reactive. Instead of thinking up ways to fix issues and make sure they work, the ideology seems to be very reactive. I know if you are anywhere in sales you keep your mouth shut. Even if you have ideas for improvement because anyone who has ever tried to show a broken process typically sees the door really quickly. Being under sales is completely different then the rest of the company. Sales has an extremely high turnover. The companies benefits are ok but kind of expensive for what you get. The pay structure is the most bizarre of any company I have ever worked for. They said pay would be on the 5th and 20th but when they could not meet those days and were late, they implemented a weird pay schedule sheet that lists various dates to be paid by. Then they tell us other companies have this same problem...Ive worked plenty of places and never had this type of pay. Location of the building is not the greatest.

Pros

This is a company that in the last couple years has really tried to set the standard in the industry. It has a very cultured environment that when taken to heart has really created a deep rooted desire to succeed. There have been some recent improvements in the hierarchy of the company that has began to push the leadership to a much more valued resource. I've noticed employee feed back its making it above the previous barrier that seemed to be shielding the executive team from truths that were taking place. Watching the growth that its taking place has been encouraging.

Cons

When a small company makes the big company jump there are bound to be growing pains. The communication is the single most impact at this point, there's a feel that departments are working against each other rather than with each other. The internal coaching really needs to be addressed. Internal conversations are often looked at as gossip rather than collaboration, which has led to a stigma that if your caught talking to anyone your labeled as a cancer. This makes it very hard to feel like you can go to upper management with concerns or to ask for help.
