Pros

Good benefits, ok pay for the most part.

Cons

This company only cares about numbers. They don't treat their employees with respect. They view their employees as robots, not humans. They make everyone work for much less than other dealerships. I've had other dealerships say that Schomp has some of the lowest paid technicians in the state. Aaron Wallace, the owner, doesn't care about the company. He only cares about retiring early and making as much money as he can.

Pros

- Company that truly believes in their culture and philosophy by showing instead of telling - Paid Training (no experience required!) - One Price Store (no negotiating, take it or leave it pricing with no hidden fees) - Plenty of Leads and no playing favorites they’re distributed evenly - No Cold Calling - Free Food on Saturdays! - Great Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, etc)

Cons

- Work/Life Balance (This is all Car Dealerships expect to work long hours) - Compared to a Traditional store you’re going to have a lot more work load with the One Person Philosophy - Commissions Only after training period (Most stores don’t even offer a training pay) - Pay Structure is based on selling Back End Products (Selling the car is only half the battle and pays a flat)

Pros

Not very many for this role.

Cons

Work life balance is non-existant. Pay is incredibly low. Leadership is comprised of morons and convicted felons. Will be told to do things that are illegal.
