Bad Company culture - Education Consultant Scholastic Employee Review

They are great it’s a good job and they are very good about safety procedures

I don’t have any complaints it was simple job

* Wonderful culture * Great mission * Great teammates * Nice office * Good benefits * Good work/life balance

When I was leaving they were beginning to mandate three days in the office, which was disappointing considering the company was doing well while employees were remote. I'm not sure if that policy has been rescinded. The pay is slightly below average, but it is to be expected given the company scope. It's a little difficult to also move laterally, at least it was for me, but with enough effort it's possible.
