Pros
Most of the people you work with are friendly, helpful, and supportive, There is always the odd exception, but that's what HR is for. They offer a full range of benefits and encourage learning with company provided seminars and online classes that your able to take part in during working hours.
Cons
Lack of management oversite. Ineffective HR. The company expects employees to continually shoulder additional work loads but does not offer additional compensation or the opportunity to work overtime to complete tasks.
