Pros

- at least allows work from home (barely) - sometimes you get a great manager - great people to work with on your level

Cons

- no bonuses - severely poor pay raises, or none at all - incredibly unhealthy work environment where people cry openly on CS floor - ceo makes $8mil and we never see him and he gets bonuses, we don't - it's like working in the early 2000s - systems constantly have issues

Pros

Dedicated local account, driver leaders are nice, equipment is decent.

Cons

$12/hr on duty, not driving pay. That’s ridiculous and includes everything except driving. Work can be inconsistent at times, hours can be long, no holiday or mileage bonus pay for a long time after hire, benefits are expensive. Schneider won’t allow drivers to use Bluetooth or any other hands-free device, INCLUDING HEARING AIDS, to receive calls while driving. This makes having a life outside of work and scheduling appointments almost impossible.

Thank you for your feedback and review. We review pay weekly to make sure it's competitive in the marketplace. We have an open door policy and always want to hear concerns like this from our drivers. Drive safe.
