      Pros

      Commitment to the company's sucess and the sucess of the associates is shared by all leaders Great Communication from Senior Leadership I disagree with the previous two posts about the "cliques" and unfair treatment. If you show up every day and are dedicated to your position then you have great possiblities for advancement - I know from personal experience.

      Cons

      The pay is competitive but on the lower side. Benefits are okay but better resources are available for Green Bay associates than field office associates.

      Pros

      Dedicated local account, driver leaders are nice, equipment is decent.

      Cons

      $12/hr on duty, not driving pay. That’s ridiculous and includes everything except driving. Work can be inconsistent at times, hours can be long, no holiday or mileage bonus pay for a long time after hire, benefits are expensive. Schneider won’t allow drivers to use Bluetooth or any other hands-free device, INCLUDING HEARING AIDS, to receive calls while driving. This makes having a life outside of work and scheduling appointments almost impossible.
