      Pros

      Good training. Nice people. Good dispatch.

      Cons

      Mileage pay sucks because you can't get mileage. Short runs with loading and unloading always ends up with low miles at the end of the week. ETA's were sometimes a later time than appointment time.

Due to the nature of trucking, you're bound to get some short runs, but if it continues to persist, we want you to get with your DBL to see what's going on. It's our goal for drivers to maximize their miles and earning potential.

      Pros

      Dedicated local account, driver leaders are nice, equipment is decent.

      Cons

      $12/hr on duty, not driving pay. That’s ridiculous and includes everything except driving. Work can be inconsistent at times, hours can be long, no holiday or mileage bonus pay for a long time after hire, benefits are expensive. Schneider won’t allow drivers to use Bluetooth or any other hands-free device, INCLUDING HEARING AIDS, to receive calls while driving. This makes having a life outside of work and scheduling appointments almost impossible.
