      Terrible pay consistency, youre asked to do more than what you're actually paid to do more often than expected with no thought of compensation. Many situations happen with hours of stand by time with no thought of compensation. No consideration of the driver ever it's all about getting their loads ran. See pass the smile and polite voice tone.

      Pros

      Dedicated local account, driver leaders are nice, equipment is decent.

      Cons

      $12/hr on duty, not driving pay. That’s ridiculous and includes everything except driving. Work can be inconsistent at times, hours can be long, no holiday or mileage bonus pay for a long time after hire, benefits are expensive. Schneider won’t allow drivers to use Bluetooth or any other hands-free device, INCLUDING HEARING AIDS, to receive calls while driving. This makes having a life outside of work and scheduling appointments almost impossible.
