      Pros

      Working at Schneider overall has been a good experience for me. I have gained much valued experience in different areas of supply Chain.

      Cons

      There are a lot of politics that go on and promotions do not seem to be all that fair. There are also other challenges being on site with our customer GMCCA in Grand Blanc.

      Pros

      Health benefits are decent but no time to use them.

      Cons

      They don’t take care of their trucks and when they break down and you’re at home they take their time trying to figure out what’s wrong so they don’t have to pay you. I’ve now gone a week without pay because they refused to look at a problem that I brought to their attention with the truck for weeks and now that I’m home and took it to a local place I don’t get pay and now my family has to suffer.
