They assign a certain dispatcher to new hires. SHE was the worst micro-manager. Personable enough, but pushy - I can see why they use her. Mega carrier vibes - if you know, you know. Fortunately for me, I was no greenhorn when I arrived to Schneider, so while I maintained good rapport with everyone I worked with, I did stand up for myself in certain situations - you are captain of that ship. Remember that. I also had a couple of EXCELLENT dm's - dispatcher/driver managers. Overall really good company for a Mega carrier. One of the best, for sure.
