Pros
Benefits package is the best I have ever had. The people are real and have a strong team mentality despite the branch offices being spread throughout the country. Great training programs and support at all levels. The pay is above average in some areas and raises were consistent. The company enjoys strong leadership and the benefit of having top notch products and services.
Cons
Many of the positions are jobs with little career potential. The industry is highly susceptible to downturns in the economy. Competitive market with a demanding environment that requires a strong marketing strategy to maintain market position.
