Pros

Lots of growth potential, small team

Cons

Management is extremely stifling. Employee's are regularly told that the brutal schedule and long hours are all part of the startup environment however the company's German parent (about 400 people) regularly shackles employees to processes that are only half deployed rather then let employees do their own jobs (e.g. The job just be done THIS way but that way doesn't work because the software isn't deployed in the USA yet, so you're stuck). This creates needless barriers and confusion which gets in the way of company success. The CEO of the north american branch does not have a strong understanding of how to support the employees in their day to day functions, leaving me feeling like I don't have the tools or mentorship required to succeed. Near constant turnover for senior level management positions has not helped. Working here has left me burned out inside of two years. It feels like fighting a forest fire with a garden hose.

Pros

Clean working area Flexible schedule Great team of people

Cons

This company is very discriminative against black people. I worked here for 4 years and during this time I saw how partial they were towards black people. They were fired mercilessly for things other people weren't. Policies are enforced partially across different people but severely on black employees. Too much favoritism, no career advancement at all, you are stuck doing the same thing over and over. Its a small company which uses employment agency. If you are offered a job here, make sure you read the policy of this company carefully and watch how it is enforced. If you speak up against you become a target for termination. Training is absent, they will dump you on a shift to run a machine with no adequate preparation and when you mess up it is termination. I liked working there because I had a great team of people, it was near my home and the schedule worked fine. Its a clean company, can be flexible with schedule sometimes.
