      People are very approachable and friendly. Decent pay with bonuses if KPI are met. Supportive management. New office building

      Redundancy as the team I was in was small and very narrow for career development.

      Pros

      It was ok in the beginning. Cushy benefits, solid 401k match, and adequate training period.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average. Morale started to decline and did not feel supported by management. Work life balance started to suffer.
