      This place gives you a lot of freedom as long as you are doing your job to company standards. Plenty of PTO and great benefits.

      Pros

      It was ok in the beginning. Cushy benefits, solid 401k match, and adequate training period.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average. Morale started to decline and did not feel supported by management. Work life balance started to suffer.
