      Pros

      In Chicago there are very few pros.

      Cons

      They're so poorly run they've got to buy other smaller companies and then once they take over they ruin that too forcing the employee exodus to occur yet again.

      laid back culture, diverse, large global organization

      since the company is so large some of your work could feel "unmeaningful"

      Pros

      It was ok in the beginning. Cushy benefits, solid 401k match, and adequate training period.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average. Morale started to decline and did not feel supported by management. Work life balance started to suffer.
