      They provide transport allowance, company phone, laptop, uniform, tools, and medical insurance.

      Cons

      Very low increment, around 100 per year eventhough you achieve your KPI. Only small eyes get to be Assistant Manager & above

      Pros

      It was ok in the beginning. Cushy benefits, solid 401k match, and adequate training period.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average. Morale started to decline and did not feel supported by management. Work life balance started to suffer.
