      If you are good in buttering your managers instead of getting stronger in skills then this will be a gem company.

      Cons

      Only Fllatering and buttering of you managers can give you the maximum increments no matter what skills do you actually have.

      Pros

      It was ok in the beginning. Cushy benefits, solid 401k match, and adequate training period.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average. Morale started to decline and did not feel supported by management. Work life balance started to suffer.
