Pros

Nothing to say good about Schindler India. I was an employee at Mumbai HO and my growth has been stopped when I joined this company.

Cons

India Specific: 1. Mental Harassment- Mental harassments and stress will be given by the bosses. And if you go the Management with your issue, no one will listen to you. 2. No credit of work- Bosses will make you do the work and take the credit of your work. You will not be knowing when and how your work has been presented (This is prevailing in all departments at all levels) 3. Salary slabs- At same level a person is earning 20 lakhs and 40 lakhs, you will get higher salary if you do everything as your boss say and keep them happy 4. Boss favourite over talent- Promotion of the employee is directly related to how much your boss favours you. If you are not your boss favorite or if you tell you boss she/he is wrong, then no promotion, no increment, no bonus. 5. Worst Working experience- This company is the worst in my opinion and I have worked with multiple MNCs, but this was the worst company to happen in my life 6 Leaders? What's that?- Self-proclaimed leader of the company is only focusing in building his personal brand on social media. Also, everyone in the top management will show that they are the leader, but they are the just bosses/ managers and they do not know what does leader mean.

Pros

It was ok in the beginning. Cushy benefits, solid 401k match, and adequate training period.

Cons

Starting salary is below average. Morale started to decline and did not feel supported by management. Work life balance started to suffer.
