      Company Benefit good and nothing much

      Cons

      - Don't appreciate field staff - Higher management always break the CoC - Higher management no technical background but in charge of technical issue - HR not helpful, they will not provide you the support that you need and pushing everything back to you asking you to resolve yourself - Company provide you with a basic training but expecting you to solve all complex issue
