Pros
Solid commitment by top levels of management to run a professional, ethical, and profitable business. Above average compensation package for the industry.
Cons
None of that commitment from top management translates to the local level. Nobody is having fun, and everything is set up to fail. Local management is pressured into portfolio growth which often means aggressive bidding instead of value selling. Layoffs lead to excessive workloads, and the result has been that top talent leaves.
