      Pros

      Alternate Saturdays are working in branches and 5 days working for head office.

      Cons

      Too many documentation and process to be followed by employees. Out of pocket expenses for the company to be borne by the employee. Work life balance is close to zero. Deteriorating quality of products supplied. Price parity between offices and locations. Straight to field with no much training given.

      since the company is so large some of your work could feel "unmeaningful"

      Pros

      It was ok in the beginning. Cushy benefits, solid 401k match, and adequate training period.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average. Morale started to decline and did not feel supported by management. Work life balance started to suffer.
