      Pros

      The office in Morristown is nice.

      Cons

      Company culture. No one will have your back. Tried to start a team building exercise to help, and leadership was against it. They will never win a best places to work.

      Pros

      It was ok in the beginning. Cushy benefits, solid 401k match, and adequate training period.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average. Morale started to decline and did not feel supported by management. Work life balance started to suffer.
