Cons
No work life balance. Little to no opportunity for advancement. Have to start as a temp, and wait 8-12 months to become a permanent employee. Will mandate employees to work and threaten attendance consequences if you don’t agree to work. Horrible attendance policy-outdated points system. Showing any initiative at work gets you extra projects without extra pay, benefits or actual time to complete them.
