      Very open environment. Life balance. Interesting benefits. Good spirit inside small teams. Attractive salary. Carreer posibilities if you have travel availability.

      Cons

      Global company which is shifting activities to new sites (india, china,..). For some points not up to date. Sometimes hierarchical with escalation mode.

      Pros

      It was ok in the beginning. Cushy benefits, solid 401k match, and adequate training period.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average. Morale started to decline and did not feel supported by management. Work life balance started to suffer.
