      good exposure..lots of responsibilities as a sales person..you will become good project manager with sales skills ..incentives ..schindler sales/project people can lead any role in any organisation ...can start own company after serving this organisation or lead any other company ..good training , good product ..good company .

      Pros

      It was ok in the beginning. Cushy benefits, solid 401k match, and adequate training period.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average. Morale started to decline and did not feel supported by management. Work life balance started to suffer.
