      Pros

      It was a very good learning experience as a first time internship to learn and teach yourself.

      Cons

      They need to work on their management of interns though. A lot of the information I should have learned in the beginning was taught near the end of the internship.

      Pros

      It was ok in the beginning. Cushy benefits, solid 401k match, and adequate training period.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average. Morale started to decline and did not feel supported by management. Work life balance started to suffer.
