Pros
Motivated workforce, meaningful product, fair conditions, ambitious outlook, the workforce gets things done (even though sometimes last-minute and with little concept)
Cons
strong internal politics that may inhibit good solutions and collaboration. Conflicting objectives quality and prize pressure are not aligned. Sometimes concepts are missing where they would be needed.
