Pros
Base salary is competitive, office environment is clean and organized, office location is nice and quiet, good colleagues. Work life balance can be manageable (at least in my function/team)
Cons
Health insurance is really bad (both in coverage and premium costs), multi national expectations of employees but mom and pop management style, seems like you have to be Swiss if you want to move up, too much politics in local upper management who love power plays, short term goals override everything else.
