      Pros

      Pay is average for the region. Relateve job security.

      Cons

      Understaffed and overloaded. Not promoting from inside, letting the best leave and hiring mediocre people instead. The pay is below average especially if you're a specialist. Motivation is missing from management.

      Pros

      It was ok in the beginning. Cushy benefits, solid 401k match, and adequate training period.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average. Morale started to decline and did not feel supported by management. Work life balance started to suffer.
