      Good Field Sales Experience, Good trainings' are arranged for the employees, there is transparency in all policies,nice company to start career

      Pros

      It was ok in the beginning. Cushy benefits, solid 401k match, and adequate training period.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average. Morale started to decline and did not feel supported by management. Work life balance started to suffer.
